(Springfield, IL) — Governor Rauner is threatening to veto a nearly four-billion-dollar spending plan that would pay for a number of a services while the state continues to operate without a budget. “The Bloomington Pantagraph” reports an aide for the governor sent a letter to members of the House saying to reject a proposal scheduled to be voted on by a committee tomorrow. The measure would provide funding for programs including the state Lottery.
