(Springfield, IL) — The Illinois Air National Guard is getting a new Commander. Governor Rauner has appointed Brigadier General Ronald Paul of Springfield to serve as the full-time Assistant Adjutant General for when Major General William Cobetto retires. He will be the full-time Commander of around three-thousand Airmen of the state’s Air National Guard.
