(St.Louis, MO) — Brandon Moss tattooed a three-run home run in the bottom of the ninth to give the Cardinals an 8-5 walk-off win over the Nationals at Busch Stadium. Jhonny Peralta, Kolten Wong and Mark Reynolds plated a run each as St.Louis scored five runs in the final two frames. Mitch Harris improved to 2-and-1 in relief as the Cardinals ran their winning streak to four.

Schwarber scored three runs, two of which came on a pair of Kris Bryant singles. Fernando Rodney allowed a Eugenio Suarez go-ahead solo homer in the seventh, but was credited with the win. Hector Rondon notched his 25th save. The finale of the three-game series is this afternoon.
