(Springfield, IL) — A large number of Illinois employees are very close to a new deal with the state. The governor’s office announced that all eligible units of the Teamsters union have signed onto a new four-year collective bargaining agreement. The signing covers around 46-hundred-workers. Members of the teamsters will vote to ratify the agreement in the coming weeks.
