(Undated) — Flags across Illinois will be at half-staff this week to honor the five U.S. Service Members killed in the Chattanooga, Tennessee tragedy. Governor Rauner’s office announced that the Department of Central Management Services received the notice from President Obama. All persons or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are being asked to lower their flags until sunset Friday. This includes buildings with the United States and Illinois flags.
