A Mulberry Grove man charged with two counts of murder is set to make an appearance in Fayette County Court this morning. 68-year old David Leroy Bright is set to appear at 10am this morning for a pre-trial hearing in the matter. Several motions concerning discovery could possibly be discussed as there have been several filed since the last court appearance for Bright back in April. Bright is charged with two counts of first degree murder in the death of James Skinner of Brownstown. Both charges are Class M felonies and are punishable by 20 years to life in prison. Bright remains in the Fayette County Jail on $1 million bond.
