Two individuals were sentenced this week to prison time in Fayette County Court.
38 year old Erik Nohren of St. Elmo was sentenced in 2 Fayette County cases, after making an open plea of guilty back in October of 2017 to the offense of Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Nohren was sentenced on that case by Judge Don Sheafor to 3 years in one case and 2 years in the other. The sentences will be served concurrently in the Department of Corrections.
47 year old Wendell D. Lash of Ramsey pled guilty to violating his probation on the original offenses of Concealing a Fugitive and Unlawful Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Lash was sentenced by Judge Don Sheafor to 33 months in the Department of Corrections.
