It’s a simple new law taking effect in 2018, but that can save lives says Secretary of State Jesse White. The law applies to car dealers and was prompted by the death of 21 year old Brendan Burke in 2016 says Secretary White.
Brendan was killed by a man test driving a vehicle with decals and stickers limiting his view.
