Keith W. Manley, 67, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2017, Jefferson Barracks, St. Louis, MO.
Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL, with Pastor Pete LeDuc, officiating. Burial will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia, IL, with Military Rites by Crawford Hale Post #95 American Legion. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, October 23, 2017, at the funeral home. Memorials: Fayette Co. Cancer Fund and/or Crown Point Church. He was born May 26, 1950, in Vandalia, IL, the son of Carl Glen & Lucille (Osborne) Manley Geibel. Married Janet Sue Francis on May 28, 1971 in Vandalia, IL. He was a retired shipping clerk at GSI and Truck Driver for Pioneer Oil, both of Vandalia, IL; US Navy Veteran; Member of Crown Point Church, Crawford-Hale Post # 95 American Legion and Former Fayette Co. Democratic Precinct Committeeman.
He is survived by: Wife – Janet Sue Manley, Vandalia, IL; Daughters – Holly Torbeck & Brady, Vandalia, IL and Kelly Taylor & Shane, Augsburg, IL; Grandchildren – Philip and Julia Taylor; Step Grandson – Blake Torbeck; Brothers – Larry Manley, Vandalia, IL and Randy Manley & Holly, Newburg, IN; Half Brother – Carl Manley, St. Elmo, IL; Sisters – Linda Hagy & Gary, Brownstown, IL and Karen Manley, Decatur, IL; and Beloved Pets – Macy & Marley.
