Organizers of the Great American ShakeOut are asking people to practice their response to an earthquake today. That means dropping and taking cover. There is some earthquake fear in parts of Illinois, the New Madrid fault zone skirts up the Mississippi River in southern Illinois. You can get more earthquake information at ShakeOut.org.
