(Chicago, IL) — Kyle Schwarber hit his 30th homer and drove in the first four runs of the game to help the Cubs clobber the Reds 9-0 at Wrigley Field. Schwarber opened the barrage with a two-run bomb in the second and drove in two with a single in the third. Rene Rivera also went deep and finished with three RBI in the winning effort. Jon Lester tossed five innings of four-hit, seven strike-out ball to pick up the win. Chicago has won four-straight. Cincinnati starter Jackson Stephens surrendered four runs over four frames to take his first big-league loss. Adam Duvall had three of Cincy’s eight hits. The Reds have dropped 10-of-11.
