Fayette County States Attorney Josh Morrison recently suffered a medical emergency and will have to take some time off from his position as he recovers from a recent surgery. Speaking from his home Tuesday, Morrison wants everyone to know that he is doing fine now and is starting the recovery process.
While he is out, Morrison sad he is very confident in the abilities of Assistant States Attorney Brenda Mathis and ensures that nothing will fall by the wayside in his absence over the next few weeks and business will proceed as normal so to speak.
Morrison does ask at this time that those needing any assistance from the States Attorney on any individual cases to call the States Attorney’s Office at 283-5040.
