(Chicago, IL) — NFL owners are approving several rule changes. Overtime will be shortened from 15 minutes to 10 minutes. Teams will also be allowed to bring back two players from injured reserve during the season instead of just one. Owners also voted to eliminate the waves of preseason roster cuts and go with one deadline to set the 53-man roster.

(Chicago, IL) — The NFL is also easing up on touchdown celebrations. Commissioner Roger Goodell announced at the league’s spring meeting in Chicago that players will now be allowed to use the ball as a prop and celebrate in groups. Players can also go to the ground to celebrate in the form of snow angels.
