A 36 year old Ramsey woman was sentenced to time in the Department of Corrections this week in Fayette County Court. 36 year old Heather D. Ruhl pled guilty to violating her probation on the original charge of unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and was sentenced by Judge Michael McHaney to 24 months in prison, to be served concurrent with another case where the defendant pled guilty to the offense of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 22 months.
A 42 year old Pana man will spend time in prison. 42 year old Jacob L. Lowe pled guilty to the offense of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced on Wednesday of this week by Judge McHaney to 42 months in the Department of Corrections.
A 33 year old Benton man will spend two years in prison. 33 year old Joshua N. Arnold pled guilty to the offense of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced by Judge McHaney on Tuesday of this week to 24 months in the Department of Corrections.
