(Carlyle, IL) — Clinton County’s coroner says he’s working with local prosecutors in the case of a teen killed at a weekend party. But neither the coroner or the sheriff are providing any answers about the young man’s death or potential charges. Clinton County Coroner Phillip Moss performed an autopsy on Jacob Arter yesterday, but declined to offer specifics as to how the 18-year-old died. Witnesses say someone punched him in the face at a weekend party.
