(Springfield, IL)  —  Illinois lawmakers are pushing a measure designed to attract bio-based businesses to Decatur and the central part of the state.  The legislation would provide incentives to produce and sell new renewable products made from biomass and other renewable sources.  State Senator Chapin Rose says the bill would bring a number of jobs to Central Illinois.
