The Fayette County Farm Bureau has their Crop Survey set for this year, in what is anticipated to be a very strong yield in the area for corn and soybeans. Fayette County Farm Bureau Manager Stephanie Kraus says the annual Fayette County Crop Survey is set for September 1st.
And, Kraus says they are certainly looking for volunteers to help out on the survey.
As Kraus mentioned, there will be a dinner that night to announce the results of the survey. With one of the wettest Julys on record, many are expecting very strong yields in the area—and throughout most of the state—this year for corn and soybeans.
