(Champaign, IL) — Employees at the University of Illinois won’t be receiving a pay raise for a second straight year. The “Champaign News-Gazette” reports University President Tim Killeen sent out an email to faculty and staff saying salaries will remain the same for the upcoming school year. The lack of an increase is being blamed on the state budget crisis.
