(Washington, DC) — The U.S. Supreme Court won’t be hearing former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich’s appeal. The high court made the decision yesterday as Blagojevich continues to serve a 14-year prison sentence on corruption charges. The ex-public official will most likely be re-sentenced after a three-judge threw out five of his convictions last July. However, his sentence isn’t expected to change.
