(St.Louis, MO) — Brandon Moss belted a walk off RBI-single to give the Cardinals a 3-2 victory over the Rockies at Busch Stadium. Randal Grichuk clubbed a two-run home run and Jason Heyward went 2-for-3 and scored twice for St.Louis, which took three of four from Colorado. Trevor Rosenthal improved to 2-and-2 in relief. The Cards are now an MLB-best 40-and-16 at home.

Addison Russell hit a solo homer for Chicago, which won its fifth straight overall. Clayton Richard plated a run and tossed six innings of one-run ball to improve to 2-and-0. Hector Rondon gave up two runs, one earned, in the ninth but held on for his 16th save. The Cubs start a three-game series in Pittsburgh tonight.
